basic breakfast poor sound insulation

My stay had a few hiccups. the breakfast was quite basic. I had expected more variety. the walls seemed thin, and i could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway, a bit disruptive at times. i would have preferred a quieter room .

Great Location near San Marco

excellent location comfortable bed marble walls

The location was excellent. The water taxi dropped us off very close to the hotel, made arrival simple. The hotel provided complimentary Prosecco in the room. The room included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom with marble walls.

This place has an authentic Venetian feel and great charm. The location is very central, very close to designer shops. My room included complimentary Prosecco, what a lovely touch. I appreciated the hotel porter, who carried my bags to my room and showed how everything worked.

The breakfast may could include more choices in breads.

My room was spacious, so warm, and faced a canal, it was perfect. The bathroom was large and super clean. I noted marble walls. I was pleased with a safe and a large wardrobe.

poor lighting slow drain

the hotel location is good, but the room itself was disappointing. the bathroom lighting made it difficult to apply makeup. i was also concerned the shower would overflow because the water drained too slowly. it was not the best experience, and i probably won't book here again.

the location was superb near st mark's square and prime shopping sites! the concierge greeted us at the canal side door and took us to our room. the classic room included nice furnishings. net curtains hid the view, so it did not bother us.

i had breakfast one morning and it was dire. the waiters are not efficient or friendly. the quality of the food was probably the worst i have ever experienced.

Breakfast included wafer thin ham and cheese slices. They were almost carpaccio style. it was difficult to put on the plate, and it tasted bland? coffee looked to come out of a machine. it was served in silver jugs.

The classic room was small, but well furnished. I even saw a dull back wall. the net curtains hid the meagre view, so it didn't bother me much? the concierge who greeted us was excellent.

central location friendly staff canal view

the location proved ideal, close to attractions and restaurants. i easily walked to st mark's square and the rialto bridge. the staff was friendly and helpful, they provided excellent service. i especially liked the room, it was well kept and had a canal view.

the pillows felt a bit too firm for my liking.
